Repetition
Repetition is created when objects, shapes, space, light, direction, lines etc. are repeated in artwork.
I think repetition is a very important element that has come through in many of my works over the course of this year. I feel like repetition is an effective method of developing an idea, and seeing how far it can be pushed, how the idea can be moulded or expressed, and a way of testing the boundaries and limits of the idea. As in my photography works, repetition can also be a predominant idea in itself, wither it be included within the work or the exhibiting of it.
